HOW EXACTLY TO: Find and download free music via Yahoo Search

For many folks, Google is merely search engines where you type a keyword and a couple of serp's are fed for you. In fact, Yahoo is much stronger than that, letting you refine, personalize and use its search capabilities beyond your creativeness. In this specific article, I will demonstrate how to download free music via Yahoo, using the -inurl operator.

Let's say you want to find and download songs from the group "The Prodigy". You will need to create this

-inurl:(htm|html|php)intitle:”index of”+”last modified” + “parent directory”+ description + size + (wma|mp3) “prodigy”

You can replace prodigy with any vocalist/artist you prefer. As you can see in the screenshot, a couple of websites formulated with mp3's and wma data with "prodigy" are viewed. Many of them will help you to down load their own hosted data, so there is nothing unlawful about this. Don't misuse this command word tho, Yahoo is not really a freeway to piracy.
